Event Information

Course Length: 5K

The Hyde School course combines both open flats and wooded trails with excellent spectator viewing points at the start, ½ mile mark and finish. The meet will be a full-school event, with many of our faculty volunteering their time to help with the race.

The top 15 runners in each varsity and jv race will be recognized, as well as the top three girls’ and boys’ teams in the varsity race.

Schedule of Events

10:30AM – 12:30PM: Registration in Student Center
1:30PM: Varsity Boys Race Begins
2:15PM: Varsity Girls Race Begins
3:00PM: Junior Varsity Boys Race Begins
3:45PM: Junior Varsity Girls Race Begins
4:15PM: Buffet Dinner/Refreshments in the Student Center
5:00PM: Awards Ceremony in Theater

Miscellaneous Event Information

Concessions will be available in the Student Life Center.

A large indoor team camp area will be available in the Gym/Field House.

Commemorative meet t-shirts will be sold at the registration area for $12. If you would like to reserve some t-shirts, please e-mail Ken Grant (kgrant@hyde.edu) numbers and sizes (S, M, L, XL) ASAP.
