Our December Orientation provides a comprehensive and engaging orientation to all aspects of Hyde’s college preparatory curriculum.

Hyde faculty and returning student leaders work closely with new students to prepare them for the expectations and rigor of the Hyde academic year. During orientation students will adjust to the daily routines of boarding school, which include managing a variety of tasks, including classes, dorm life, campus jobs, athletics, performing arts, and being a member of a school community. All orientation activities are designed to help prepare students for a successful transition into the second semester of the academic year.
