In their rematch from the previous week, Hyde fell to Kents Hill 37-43 on Wednesday afternoon.  The Phoenix got off to a sluggish start and failed to score in the first quarter.  The second quarter was a little bit better, but the stingy Kents’ Hill defense prevented Hyde from making any real run.  The second half was a different story as Wes Freson ‘11 and Ryan Connolly ‘11 sparked some momentum for the boys.   The fourth quarter Hyde played their best basketball and outscored Kents Hill.  With under two minutes to play, Wes Freston hit two three pointers to bring Hyde within six.  Freston’s efforts were not enough as Kents Hill was able to run the clock out to preserve the victory.
