After a long bus ride, the Hyde Phoenix took the floor in Rangley for a regular season contest against the Lakers.  It was the second time the two teams had met and Hyde looked to chalk up another victory.  Despite giving up a technical foul to start the game for a record book infraction, the Phoenix came out with a furry and pace that blew the Lakers right off of their home floor.  With the tally 27-8 at the end of the first quarter, in favor of the Phoenix, the coaching message was clear, “Stay clean, and stay tight.” Hyde continued to roll, turning the reigns over to the bench early on in the third quarter for solid performances from Alex Needham ’10 and Chris Moulton ’12.
