Won Ho Chang is currently in Fort Lauderdale, FL competiting in the YMCA National Short Course Championships. With three medals already under his belt, Won Ho (along with others) also beat a Maine State Swimming record in the 400 relay…MORE AT THE PORTLAND PRESS HERALD.
